We reimagines how clinicians move from initial suspicion to diagnosis. By mapping real workflows, leveraging AI, collaborating closely with care teams, we designed intuitive tools that simplify complex decision-making to make it easier for clinicians to deliver fast, confident, and patient-centered care.
We helped clinicians quickly find and review important clues for potential diagnoses by leveraging LLM and organizing key data from complex medical records. The result: less searching, more clarity, and smarter care decisions.

This tool empowers patients at Providence hospitals to proactively manage their financial experience before their visit. Here, they can easily access their hospital upcoming services, view their cost estimates, and take advantage of early-pay discounts by prepaying for their care.
A program with social workers to help customers improve their health and well-being by providing personalized plans, connecting them with trusted resources, and assisting with goal setting. They also help with identifying and resolving issues related to health and lifestyle.
